    Radial lateral tear

Pain guides my activities. Surgery will wait till January.
1-2 days off work back to normal activity 4-6 weeks.

No way? I never would have thought that.

Stop dicking around and get that fixed!

The longer you wait, the more scar tissue forms, the lower your ability to heal from surgery, and the more stress is put on surrounding tendons and ligaments, and the higher risk of acquiring additional injury. None of this "I know, BUT...." BS. Find a doc you respect, not one that will tell you what you want to hear, and follow their advice. For the record, no doctor would tell you heavy dead lifting on a partially torn rotator cuff is a good idea. So either you lied to your doc, you have a shitty one, or you need go see one. Dont make me rant.... I'll keep going.

You can still sign up via the affordable health care act for cheap: https://www.healthcare.gov/

Your hospital and state will also have programs that will discount healthcare or even make it free.

Scientifically, its still up in the air. No formal consensus from a professional medical standpoint. Clinical trials are underway though.

Anecdotally, it will apparently give you bigger arms, better looks, larger penis, lower mortgage payment, and higher salary.

Seriously though, it does appear to attenuate inflammation and pain, allowing you to sleep better and recover faster. Think of it as a possible route to optimize your physiology. I haven't heard of any reports of it enhancing anything.

********Like all new things and fads, more people will make shitty unsafe products than good products. Look for third party tested products from reputable companies. A great example of this is all the craze over glucosamine. Anyone take the pills? These don't do a thing for you because your body cant absorb them. However, if you get the liquid form, 98% of what you ingest makes it into your blood stream. For like two decades people raved about how awesome glucosamine was and it was all lies because we know for a fact that none of the pills they took made it into their body (the liquid forms are newer preps). Never take people at their word when it comes to your health and your body - look that shit up.

A little more... there will likely be differences in how you use it. I cant imagine getting the same effects from a topical prep vs one that is ingested. Very few studies have addressed the bio-availability of CBD, so I imagine you could blow a lot of money on ineffective product. I also have not heard any negatives, yet.... just like e-cigs, cbd could be all the rage until people come forward with significant disease. Time will tell

You know what, you are absolutely right. I could have inoperable brain cancer so I’m going to count my blessings.

No such thing as preexisting condition anymore go get some.

I hope the medical billing transparency law really helps people here. Medical care would be so much more affordable if people could negotiate cash rates.

I got insurance an now I need so save $4k by Jan. Its still nuts.

But what does your body mean to you?

SARMS have their place. I used them. However in conjuction with other shit. I really don't see much benefit outside of them without outside help... They are far more effective when not stand alone and are used strategically. Wouldn't waste the money unless you're running them alongside the roids.

Should I add glucosamine and chondroitin to my supplement list?

For you? 100%. The full list is glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and hyaluronic acid. You can find a "complete" joint supplement in liquid form too.

    Something like this:
