Thinking about letting go of my ‘02. What do you guys think it’s worth?

It’s got a bit less than 195,000 miles, is the 4x4 ext. cab with the rear diff lock, has a toytec 3” lift up front and bilsteins/AAL in the rear. Custom bumpers, subframe, and sliders, 9500lb winch, led pods and light bar, bed stiffeners, topper, 17” rims in rough shape, ko2 tires that need to be replaced soon.

New steering rack, power steering lines, power steering pump, belts, rear axle seals, wheel bearings, ball joints, tie rod ends, battery, driveshaft and starter within the last couple months. I would not be including the topper rack or accessories shown in the pictures.

Let me know what you guys think it’s worth!

Hell, in Colorado it could probably pull up 12k, bumpers and lift as is.

Do yo know how many people have posted that they're selling their 1st gens, to get a [...not a 1st gen...]????

It usually takes a couple of months before they post about regretting it.

This is what I am worried about. I have been to the dealership and test drove a few 3rd gen trucks but I'm timid about getting rid of my 1st gen. I hate regret.

I hear ya but unfortunately for me it will be a reality sooner or later. I love my baby and want to keep it forever but with two little (and growing) kids, a 2 seat manual just isn't practical anymore. I need a double cab auto, ugh

Idk why tf you'd do all that work then sell it. I'd prob ask $10500 in centex if the frames good would take around $9000 maybe a bit less

That would be nice but unfortunately for it to make sense for me, I would need to use the funds from selling the current truck to be put down on the new one.

Pretty much thinking the same thing. Would be nice to have the extra interior space.

To answer afuller’s question, depends on location. If you are in Colorado, you shouldn’t have a problem selling it for a good amount. $12k sounds pretty reasonable considering how clean it is. Mine is 98 with similar mods and mileage and was going to start around $9k. Because I’m on the wrong coast.

I owned a 2003 for almost 10 years and sold it because I came into a 2nd Gen. Six years later and I still regret getting rid of it.

Keep it if you can, in the end if you decide to sell it don't let anyone low ball you on it.
