Brake lights come one when parking lights are turned on

    I have an issue, when you turn on the parking lights the brake lights come on, when you push on the brake the dash lights come on, some one tried to install a trailer harness and from looking at it i see no wires crossed, anyone have any ideas as to what is wrong.
