It was better then I thought. Normally he just sits in front and watches the light coming out of the projector. Wanders off a bit and comes back to start all over.

Toni watches football with me, and loves nature specials. Nature specials for obvious reasons (birds). Football because of all of the movement (I think)

Yeah Otis rarely watches tv, we even tried nature shows and stuff. I just have a bird and squirrel feeder, that keeps him plenty occupied. It’s funny how cats can watch something for so long.

They both love the feeder, for sure. Hours and hours at a time, especially since the feeders are on the sunny side of the house.

How fast do your Cats eat their wet food ????

Gizmo surprised me tonite , it took him all of 2 minutes to finish his wet food . Was maybe a half can or 1.5oz

He even after he finished walked over to Rascal's dish and finished what Rascal left . Now yes I feed him twice a day wet food and both free feed on dry food

Enzo can eat it almost instantly lol, the others are much slower. I have to keep him separate so he doesn't just go over and eat their food.

My wife's cat Mai Thai is like that...he was the one that spent the most time on the streets as a kitten so he's got this survivalist mindset at all times....aka "must eat all the foods so I don't starve". If we put out treats for them we have to separate the other two from him or he'll bump them out of the way and grab theirs before they can even sniff it.

Yikes! Hope it’s all better now.

No! It will tell you that you need to get your hand amputated.

    Congratulations on the baby! :)

Awesome that you heard her meow! She certainly is pretty. I love the calico colors.

That was gonna be my guess too!

    Thanks, Chuck.

A friend accidentally bumped her cat, Anderson, & he bit her hand. She spent 2 weeks in the hospital afterwards. The infection spread to a heart valve & she was gravely ill.

Infusions of antibiotics for 6 weeks finally knocked the infection out. The price we pay for our little darlings!

Been bit and scratched multiple times by my cat when he get over excited. Wonder how many of these infections are coming from cats that roam outside on a regular basis.

This was by far the worst experience I had with a cat/kitten.
I had captured a feral kitten outside. I trapped him in a corridor in the building next door. I threw a towel over him and grabbed him. Trying to get him out of the towel to get a better grip on the scruff of his neck. He wiggled loose of my grip. He didn't try to run he decide to bite. He bit me 9 times on my left hand. The 9th bite, he sunk his teeth into the part between the pointing finger and thumb (that soft wing piece):annoyed: and wouldn't let go. I got him into the apartment and headed straight for the bathroom for a flea bath with the flea infested critter. I kicked the bathroom door open, opened the shower door and just threw my arms forward hoping the cat would let go of my hand. He did and I slammed the door shut to begin the inspection of damage. I knew I was bleeding from the bites and my arms being shredded by claws just didnt know how much. This was at 2 o'clock in the morning. I flicked on the lights and , this ain't good. My hand is throbbing and inhead straight back out the door to my truck. I reach into the bed and grab a gallon of chlorine and began pouring it over my arm and hand. I let that sit for a few minutes then grabbed a 2nd gallon and repeated the process. This all took about 15 minutes and then I go back inside and get some paper towels and begin the clean up process. Not a lot I can do as the punctures are deep but not huge. I get the bleeding stopped and enter the bathroom for the flea bath. I open the shower door a tiny amount and peeked in. He was in the corner of the tub and I proceeded to give him a flea bath.
After a good soaking of the flea treatment, I rinsed him off and put him in a towel to dry him him off. He was having one of it. I promptly left the bathroom to tend to my wounds. After a bout a half hour of sealing up the wounds with a combo of super glue and neosporin.
I go back to the bathroom to have a look. I open the door slowly and look in..... there is no cato_O. Wtf.... it's not a big bathroom, where could he have gone. As I turn to leave, I see a tail and a leg sticking out from the bathroom sink vanity. (Didn't even know there was a hole there). I open the little side cabinet next to the wall just above where he has wedged himself in this small space. I don't see a cat..... uh oh... all I see is a piece of wood (side of the cabinet). It's almost 330 in the morning at this point and I live in an apartment, wtf do I do, how do I get this kitten out and quietly????? You don't!!! That's the answer. I head to the garage and get my seawall, plug it in and start hacking at this cabinet from the inside. Finally I get enough cut away after about 20 minutes and a fuck ton of noise. For sure I though the cops were coming. I reach back praying I don't get mauled again and grab him and return him to the shower/tub and close the door.
    We named him Boo Boo.
