Max budget of 130$ for the following 3 items/product categories.. preferably by the gallon as it needs to stretch..

    1. Car shampoo (to be used with soap gun)
    2. Interior protector/cleaner
    3. Spray on wax/drying aid

What brand and product would you choose for each?

My current stock for the above is as follows: (all gallons)
Chem guys - extreme wash and wax (purple stuff)
    Chem guys - inner clean
Megs - synthetic express spray wax.
I get everything for around 70 bucks. What would you switch out?

Soap: meguiar's hyper wash or Carpro Reset

Interior: wouldn't get a dedicated "interior" cleaner but one of the detailing brands APC like Power Clean from Optimum or the one that Carpro has. You can use this for a variety of tasks. If you maintain the interior, you barely should need a damp cloth to keep it clean. The dilution on an interior cleaner would be high at like 10:1.

Spray wax: you're probably on a good enough one there. I'd go with some longer lasting protection and use something like a rinseless wash for drying aid and spray wax type duties. Plus for a quick spot wipe something that's a cleaner would be more ideal.

I've used Griot's products on all my vehicles and I couldn't be happier. Car shampoo is the only place it varies from that an I just use the SunJoe stuff at the moment but I've heard great things about Chemical Guys.

You are going to get all sorts of different answers about this. There are several different brands out there.

I totally agree, my logic is with the many products and companies out there I would get responses with tried and true products from fellow members that have experience with different products.

I get that but for example I wouldn’t bother with the first Chemical Guys product. Never had a great experience with them but other members love them.

Got it! What do you recommend for the three products? Thanks!

    1) Adam's Car Shampoo
    2) I don't use a dedicated interior cleaner as I use a diluted down APC. For interior protectant, I use a diluted Carpro PERL
    3) Drying aid- I use Adam's Detail Spray or Adam's H2O Guard and Gloss

I am slowly phasing out of Adam's products. Been branching out into Carpro, Shine Supply, GTechniq, and Gyeon.
