So I had to take the dash, crash bar, and evaporator case out to replace my leaking evaporator core. Now i have a blink for a moment then steady on TPMS light. Pressures were checked then followed Toyota's reset procedure with no success. Hooked up my scan tool and the TPM function says no communication. I double checked the box behind the radio and the IGN No. 2 fuse both plugged in and secure. Anywhere else I can look?

Take the fuses out and check continuity.

Fuses? I only know of the one. Which others do I need to look at?

Go drive the truck? Maybe the sensors just need to be woken up.

My Light started flashing and blinking and Freaking me out... Stayed on Solid and then shut off.

When you say you “checked the box behind the radio”, are you referring to the TPMS module that’s behind the stereo. (Loaded question since a lot of people don’t know there’s a TPMS module back there.) You may have bumped the connection or otherwise dislodged it. There’s a second module under the headliner at the back of double cabs near the third brake light that is similar in size and shape. Picture of that one below for reference (it’s the small black box with Denso labeling):

First did you press the TPMS reset button located under your steering wheel down on the dash? Ensure all tires have the correct pressure then turn your key to ON (not Acc and do not start) and depress the button for 3 seconds and that resets in the ECU but often you have to drive the truck as stated above even after resetting with the button. Been there done that and after resetting and light still on. After a few choice words I drove it and then the light went out. Toyota ECU program so don't over think it.

So a little update, triple checked all pressures including spare and they are all spot on. Been driving the truck back and forth from work and out and about, it is my daily so I'm pretty sure the sensors have been woken up since then. Thanks for the wiring diagram and TPMS info, I'll have to go through and check the connectors and grounds. The little box behind the radio, not in the back. I was pretty anal with returning clips to the right spot but you never know. Thanks for the help and I'll update again after I've checked things.

@Muddinfun where did you get that diagram from, might need to look at a few more pages.
