OME 884 Coils. GeneralSpringKC 90-297HD Leafs. Bilstein 5100's all around, front set at 0. Toytec 1/4" top plate on driver's side. Leer 100XR Camper Shell. OEM Bed Mat.
To preface... I have 887's with 1/2" spacer on the driver side with a 1/4" spacer on the passenger side. Love the lift of 3.5" but my rear isn't sitting where I like. It's perfectly level at times or a little on the bro lean side, rarely rake.

In the rear I have GeneralSpringKC 90-297hd leafs with a 1/2" shim and Bilstein B110 for more down travel. Gives me about 2.75" rear lift. I want around 3.25".

Considering a new leaf pack but my GeneralSpringKC hd leafs only have 20k on them and don't feel great about the idea of dropping another $???.

Are all AALs the same? I was told that the OME AAL is longer than others and won't fit other leaf packs. True? Should I go with another AAL brand?

I've also been looking at the Armortech Shackle Flip Kit Which would give me the .5-.75" that I am looking for.

The only AAL I know that OME makes are for their Dakar leaf packs, so not compatable with your springs. Can you pick up another leaf from GeneralSpring to add to your pack? That's what I'd do. Otherwise check out headstrongoffroad

I've not considered an AAL from GeneralSpringKC. Good idea!

I'm curious why the OME AAL isn't compatible. Leafs are a pretty basic thing. Their width for our trucks should be pretty much the same across the board, right? Wheelers says they are longer than other AALs but wouldn't that be a good thing?

Maybe they will fit, idk. But they aren't just pieces of steel, there is a great amount of thought and engineering that goes into them. So you could get some wonky stuff going on if you just shove something in there that is designed for another specific pack.
