Welcome to the forum! That is a very open ended opinionated question. The real question is what are you wanting to do with the truck and how are you going to use the truck. Is there anything done to it already?

Personally, I'd decide on what you wanted to use the truck for and go from there.
That'll help dictate what mods are the most important, and others that may not even have to be done. Which will save you monet and time.

basically any engine performance enhancements, I'm already for sure doing a new smog filter in take, and a new cold air in take, and it already has weather tech rubber mats. It is completely stock tho so I want bout a 1-2in lift, with bilsteins, as i had that same set up on my 03 4runner and loved. Any other suggestions?
