Yet another personal poke at other people. Did you ever take a moment to realize that you DO know more than the average joe about things? And im sure; if you are who you claim to be; we should all be thankful.

HOWEVER, 99/100 average joes dont like to be continuously told that you know more than them. Lol. Use your knowledge to aid these like minded individuals; instead of curbing their positivity.

I was at about 151 lbs, earlier in the year, late last year. I realized that I was almost getting underweight and couldn't put on anything to save my life. I started eating more and got up to around 164 lbs. I did one of those 8 week fitness plans from some dude on IG and ended up gaining a few more pounds 9probably around 168 now) and finally started to put any kind of muscle on. But if there's anything one will tell you and we've all probably heard it in this thread plenty of times but it's nutrition. I'm 5'10" by the way.

You were the one who started it lol. You gave @SixtyDashOne a snarky remark, he gave you one back. He wasn't being an ass. I didn't think you were being an ass either, until now. Go have a snickers, you're not you when you're hungry. I enjoyed having you around with your posts, gave a lot of good information. Just lighten up a bit

I was up to 172 in January. Dropped to around 150 during my summer cut. Now I’m just eating anything and everything and am skinny fat. Oh well :notsure:

You've brought more attention to the thread so that is helpful and what you bring with ideas and studies is great too. No need to leave. Just be chill and helpful. Plus I like reading about all the crazy things people do to boost some hgh or test or whatever and I'm over here like... :boink:

Meh. Control. don’t get weights you gotta throw to get up. Slow controlled movements down and explode up.

Btw Supra . This bodybuilding stuff is nuts. Kai is becoming my fav just because of how mellow he is and how his outlook is. So damn interesting to watch.

Just the dedication. The devotion. How much they live for the pain. It’s a one person sport. Like yea there’s people who help you but you’re on that stage by yourself for yourself.
I don’t mean nuts in a bad way but I’ve never really realized how much effort and work goes into it.

It's a very selfish sport. We gave up many family gatherings and events because it's just too damn difficult to explain to your family or friends why you can't just drink or eat x y z when you're 3 weeks out from stage. Dedication is an understatement.

Lol, I bet he regrets that every minute... or not lol

I never said that. Will that make him your hero? You into that kinda thing? Why would you automatically assume that after I said he’d be your hero?
