    I am, but not well enough to move the frame around, but since my parents are in town I may enlist my dad to help put the frame back on the welding table and take me to the metal store to get the motor plate made.

    I also need him to help me get the wheels and tires from fleet farm.

    have a Barbie Jeep the neighbors threw out since it had no battery..

    Was fixing it up for a close friends little girl... but.. maybe it needs an upgrade to adult level fun

    Throw a pair of lawn tractor batteries in it at 24 volts. Let it rip till the gear boxes give up and then do a solid axle swap :)

    Ive watched those, as much as I would love to do something like that, my fabrication skills are not to that level... Also I lack much of the metal working equipment they have. I got a chop saw and a welder... thats it.

    I got most of mine from garage sales. Usually you can pick one up with a junk battery for about $20

    I am putting this on hold for a bit, I ordered electric wheel chair motors. I need to build a radio controlled tracked snow blower for this winter.
