    Hey ya'll. Been a Toyota guy a long time. Started w/ a nice new Four Runner...02 I think, Found an 03 Pre-Runner in D.C., had a hell of a time convincing the sales mgr that I'd drive the distance from Ohio to D.C....but I was determined....Certified, low miles and owned by an old guy who never drove in the rain. The wiper motor was frozen from inactivity...covered under warranty. I'd still have that 03 if it had DIFF Lock....but getting stuck in my flat driveway on an icy day, and having to be pulled out by a GM guy..(GM Factory only 12 miles away).Then I stumbled upon a pristine FJ Cruiser at a local Toyota dlr......I've put 75K miles on it since the original 25K that I bought it.So an 08 FJ with many new parts, low miles will make a great Down payment and I should be able to afford the "premium" I find Tacomas can have...(for good reason) I miss my Taco, nice to have a truck around....At 67 yrs old, might be my last Toyota. Wish me luck...I hope to find the just right truck we all search for! Double G.
