Do you guys offer something with 650+ spring rate that can maintain 2.5ish lift up front (similar to 886's, but won't sag)? I have up front: ~160lbs full plate steel bumper, ~65lb winch, and ~135lbs steel skid trio.

I keep hearing that 886's can't really handle that kind of weight over a long period of time.

Would you suggest C59-352 coils paired with your extended front struts (GS59-220) for as much weight as I have?

I wish I would've seen other people with sagging on the 888s. I probably would've gone to your guys coils/shocks setup or at the very least a heavier Eibach coil with my 5100s. The impression given about the 888s even on the 3rd gen Tacoma was that it was going to lift it to 2.75....for longer than 6 months. Haha but yes I started at around 2.75" of lift and it settled very quickly, probably within he first 3 months, back down to 2" of lift. Not a huge deal but obviously I wanted the 2.75" lift for multiple reasons. Oh well, I have small spacers that I'm going to try, before I finally bite the bullet and swap over to higher end coilovers.

We don't do 650lb rate coils on these. We go from 586 to 730.

C59-354 would be 2.5" on struts set to standard height coil seat (like our GS59-221), with the weight you have on there.

C59-352 with GS59-220's would be 3" with the weight you have. 354's on those same struts would be 3.5" (pushing it with too much lift in my opinion)

Your coils can be used on the 5100s?

Yes, they fit on 5100's. Our coils have the same top and bottom design as stock (pigtail lower, flat top)

Bilstein is pretty adamant about denying warranties when their shocks/struts are used with non-stock coils though, just as an FYI.

The coils will sag some, or settle as some people call it. All brands settle. As mentioned already, just add a strut top spacer to fix it. Either a 1/4" or 3/8" will fix that sag.

Sorry to thread jump here but I'm in the same boat. My OME coils have already settled 1/2 inch in a few months. Only difference is, I am running the 887's. I was thinking about switching to the 888's knowing they would settle down to 2"-2.25 on 3rd gen. Has anyone tried the @Wheeler's Off-Road Inc spacers? Any feedback?

Don't bother switching coils. Buy a 1/4" spacer and install that. It will get you that 1/2" back, cost maybe $20 and be a lot less work.

Yes, actually I just finally got around to installing my spacers this past weekend. A little bit of a pain to disassemble the shock and everything, but worked perfectly to level me back out. I measured each side and found that my driver's side was about 1/4" lower, so I used a 3/8" spacer on the Driver's side and 1/2" spacer on the passenger side. The wheeler's poly spacers are pretty nice.

I considered trying to get a full 3" of lift by doing 3/8"+1/4" = 5/8" on Driver's side & 1/2" on passenger side, but didn't ant to have to worry about CV angles. I'm very happy with it now. It's actually sitting a little high, so I'm giving it a few days of driving, intentionally hitting some bumps to make sure everything settles in there before I get my alignment done again.

Im Sold, After talking with Wheelers I went with the 1/2 inch Poly spacer to give me back my 1/2" I lost plus an extra 1/4 to play with. Thanks for the info!

Keep in mind that our suspension is 2:1 (if not slightly more). So a 1/2" spacer will give you 1" lift. That's why I did 3/8", to get my 3/4" lift back. The risk of too much lift is poor CV angles which could really bite you on a trail.

That's what I thought but Wheelers told me the 3/8 spacers give you 5/8 of lift and 1/2 gives you 11/16". I have a diff drop installed to help with the CV angles already so hopefully I will be ok.
