Ive had an Mori Moto HID kit installed in my truck for about two years now and I’ve been noticing the last couple of mornings that I’m starting to get a flicker in one of the bulbs. I’m thinking it’s the ballast going out but I haven’t really checked yet. I was wondering if it would be worth replacing or should I just go with the 2 stroke 2.0 or any other lighting recommendation.

Flip the bulbs and see if the flicker follows to the other side. If it doesn't then flip the ballast to see if it follows to the other side.

Yep, This^. It will allow you to diagnose the specific component failure.

Depending on what it is, would y’all replace the part either the bulb or the ballast which both are 45/50$ or go with an LED bulb?

Also from what I've seen on the road are no more reliable than a HID or halogen bulb.
