    LOCATED IN EUGENE, OREGON

1998 Toyota Tacoma 3RZ-FE 2.7L MT 4WD Manual Locking Hubs

    210K Miles.

$4,500. Motivated to sell. Clean title ready to go. No rust. No leaks. I've put a lot of work into this truck and I'll be sad to see it go. This truck is in great mechanical condition. I just drove this truck across the country with no issues. Has a lot of very high quality parts. Gets 24 MPG.

I would love to keep it but it's too small for my current needs... I need to purchase a full-size diesel for hauling livestock.

With the current suspension setup it levels out perfectly with some weight in the bed because it has All-Pro Heavy Duty Expedition leaf springs. Perfect if you plan to use a ladder rack or carry around a bunch of tools.

Here is a list of work done to the truck recently:

    Engine, exhaust, other upgrades:

    - Fresh, re-manufactured cylinder head (brand new new valves, camshafts, Fel-Pro head gasket, intake/exhaust gaskets, etc) installed six months ago.
    - LCE Headers and cat-back exhaust system with Magnaflow muffler and resonator (sounds great)
    - Valve lash adjusted within last 1,000 miles, all intake and exhaust valve lash clearances are perfectly within specifications. Includes a set of extra valve shims for future adjustments.
    - Oil changed religiously every 3,000 miles with Royal Purple Synthetic 5W-30.
    - New fuel filter
    - New fuel injectors
    - New power steering, A/C, and alternator belts
    - Fumoto oil drain valve installed for super easy and fast oil changes.
    - Comes with TRD MAF Calibrator
    - K&N Drop in air filter
    - Coolant flushed recently
    - Transfer case, rear and front differential, and transmission oil replaced recently
    - Comes with UltraGauge OBD II Sensor (gives real-time MPG, engine temperature, and all sorts of custom readings)

    Suspension Upgrades:

    - Light Racing adjustable and grease-able Upper Control Arms! Allows for 3" of front end lift while keeping alignment in perfect spec.
    - All-Pro Expedition Leaf Springs (Heavy duty!)
    - Bilstien 5100 adjustable shocks
    - Old Man Emu Coil-overs (adds about 3" lift)
    - Replaced Lower & Upper Ball Joints within last 10,000 miles.

    Cons:

    - Cosmetically, the bed has some dings and scratches on it, and the paint has been damaged. I would recommend swapping out the bed if concerned about cosmetics.
    - Small crack in the instrument cluster plastic
    - Left tail light is cracked and needs replaced.
    - Passenger door handle needs to be replaced (I have the replacement handle).
    - Rip in the drivers' seat (common for Tacomas).
    - Brakes are a bit squishy. Probably just need to be bled.
    - Could use a front end alignment in the near future.

Wow, I can't believe I didn't post the miles! Whoops.

It has about 210,000, but the cylinder head was replaced at 205,000.

OP has first dibs. But if you truly can't buy it from the West Coast...I'll be selling mine soon on the East Coast. Not gonna threadjack, so please PM me if you are interested.

    OP: Nice truck, GLWS

Looks like we need to replace the clutch in my wife’s Subaru, think my son toasted it. I noticed it slipping last night.

Why does Oregon have to be so far away from Virginia?

Tacoma is stock and staying that way, Pickup is TBA as of now.
Interested, I'm in Montana so would have to come a ways. Could you post some closer pics of the frame? Namely around the rear spring hangers and to the back of the front tires. Those are the main rust points I'm concerned about. Also, why was the head replaced? Would you consider it reliable enough to make it back to MT? Thank you, PM if you like.

Is still still for sale? I have a friend in Portland that is looking for a truck.

    Questions:
    1) Were the lower ball joints OEM Toyota or other?
    2) Did you relocate the LPSV/BPV when you lifted the truck? Your rear axle photo has that out of frame.
    3) TIRE SPECS:
    * Datecode on the sidewall
    * What size are they
    * How much tread depth left
