I was planning on starting my season tomorrow but due to circumstances beyond my control, it will have to wait until Monday.

I’ll be glad when October gets here and it cools off. July 71st is the hottest on record here. I went and checked corn yesterday and some of it had popped.

A guy I work with quit hunting last year, came by my house today and gave me this. Gonna put it on the scale, if it weighs less than my API Bowhunter, it's gonna be my new stand.

That foot rest has to go. And some of the padding too.
I just checked, as they sit the Summit weighs just over one pound more. But I can shave that down a little bit.

Some of the newer versions have a foam sprayed inside that deadens any sound from metal to metal contact.
