My 2011 DCLB did this at about 30-50mph only when driving, I could pinpoint it down at about 35-40 consistently. After looking over all my belts I got under and it was the carrier bearing. The bushings in the carrier bearing were shot. I ended up replacing all of the U-joints and the carrier bearing. I did have to take the drive shaft to a shop and have them pull off the carrier bearing bushing and replace it with a new one but I was able to do all the U-joints myself. It fixed the noise and hasn't come back since.

Bump. Would also like to know this. Did mine ~30-40k ago with OEM and the bushing is already pretty loose and I think it is making the same noise.

I'm not sure if the previous owner changes the OEM one before I did. But it drove much better after doing it. When I diagnosed the sound, the sound would sound like something was spinning and sound quicker as I sped up then disappear. Then when I'd slow down it would come back at a certain MPH range.
