This is a Denso Rear O2 sensor #234-4189 for an 02'/04' 2.7L tacoma. I don't know if it applies to a V6. Part was purchased sveral years ago but was never used, it's still in the original packaging. I no longer have the truck. Asking $45 shipped within continental US.

@m3bassman I believe this is the downstream sensor you need. Same part number in the Denso part finder for you truck.

    I just did a search and punched in 234-4189 and it says it doesn't fit my current truck 2019SR 2.7L. It's showing a 234-8001 for a 2017 2.7L. It's not showing any matches for a 2018 or 2019 truck.

Ahh gotcha, surprised they don't have anything for you yet! Congrats on the new truck btw.

@m3bassman's truck is an 01(?) V6 with two cats. From the Denso site, sounds like this is the right part for him for the downstream O2.

It should work on an '01. I was confused on who you were referring to with your original post.
