Tell me about it. I hit a frost heave in Maine going to my parents place and it just about sent my head through the roof. Glad to hear they worked well enough for the roads there, sounds like they would do good for me!

Just got them installed. Tried to do a before and after pic but shadows didn't help. Didn't notice much different in the short drive from DT but they seem pretty quiet. Did get them up to 60mph and no immediate issues.

Before with my nokian snow tires stock size.

After with 267/75/16. Downward angle doesn't help with perspective.

got some at3w put on new wheels saturday evening, left discount tire and right at 55 mph had a wobble in the steering wheel, went back monday morning for a rebalance hoping it would fix my issue and still have the wobble. they then said i had a defective tire and ordered me a new one that should be in today, crossing my fingers this ones good. I love the look of the tires and they feel great before i hit the wobble speed

Curious how the ultraterrains are after 10,000miles. I would bet the ride deteriorates and the tires get noisy. Because Goodyear.

Actually had this happen to my set installed a few months ago. Had it replaced by Discount because they said it was "throwing too much weight" and the tire could not be balanced even with the max amount of weights added.

So yeah. You run the risk of getting a not so perfect At3w in a batch but I was taken care or thanks to Discount and Falken

i ha read other stories about this but everyone seems to love the tires once theyre set up. Discount tire has been pretty good about making sure im happy and the wheels are right. funny thing one of the guys dropped a tool on my scs wheels and left a small dent on the outter ring. Not a big deal to me but i acted a little disappointed and got them to refund me $100

Here are the 265/75/16 Ultraterrains on my '13 with a 3" suspension lift. I just got them installed today so I don't have much of a review, except that it probably lifted the truck at least another .5" and that there isn't any noticeable change in road sound.

I did get the E rated and it def makes the truck feel heavier when accelerating from a full stop. Not an issue for me since having a heavy duty tire is a must for me. I'm really happy with the look and the city driving is pretty smooth so far. =]

Through the 20th, theres a $60 promo too!

Falken WildPeak AT3W for the win. They spent a long time with R&D on this tire.

Have had 265/75/16 SL Wildpeaks since May, about 4000 miles on em. Love em, no balancing issues.

We have a fleet of Tacomas at work, all with Duratracs. Great tires for field work, but damn they are noisy. Thats what steered me away from the GY UltraTerrains.
