Anyone know if it would be possible to hook up the Cali Raised OEM USB Outlet Switch to an aftermarket head unit? If so, would it still support Carplay? Haven't been able to find an answer anywhere and was curious if anyone here might have some insight.

If this one won't work, is there another usb outlet that would?

That is just a charging port, it isn't a fully functional USB interface to be connected to a head unit.

Is there a product that would function as a USB interface and fit into an OEM Toyota switch panel?

There are two different sizes in my truck, I'm pretty sure the 3rd gens use the same ones, so i would check and take measurements before ordering. They should give the dimensions in the product description somewhere
