To update this. Yes the 05-11 urd headers will work on 12-15 engines but some things are required including secondary air injection delete. After it's deleted, the long exhaust studs need to be replaced as they won't clear. The apr exhaust studs it's what I'll be doing to work around this. The header will cover the extra holes in the exhaust ports but a gasket to a 12-15 will be needed to prevent leaks.

These long studs prevent fitment.


Now it fits.


Here you can see the secondary air exhaust ports. With a 12-15 gasket- they will be fully enclosed against the flange of the header.

do you know of there a programming thing that will need to be done via Scott to make it work, or will it auto-magically figure out the o2 piece and I'll be good to go?

Fair enough. That would drive me nuts with the false advertising. I would have thought the 2.3 pulley would pull way past 11 lbs though. Granted there’s elevation and temp to bring to the table.

Once I get my injectors installed with a hp tune I’m headed to sea level with a new spec clutch

 

It actually pulls all the way up to 12, but I have to be throttling it hard for an extended period of time to see those numbers.

I agree, it does drive me nuts but I'm too busy these days to do stuff to the truck unless it absolutely needs it so I just leave it knowing that the truck is in good running shape at WOT. I'll change it out eventually, just not now. I have not tried a free air calibration yet though so maybe that would net the sensor better accuracy again.

 

Yeah I figured they'd have the measurement for that already and just needed the pinion angle, but there ya go.

No tuner yet, but I'm leaning mightily towards picking up an HP tuners module depending on what my bank account looks like when I'm done with everything on my current list.

I've got the Bonzen engine mounts and the DTF transmission mounts. Waited around for years for Bonzen to do the MT 4x4 trans mounts and he never did and then DTF did so I swooped up on those

 

So Monday I’m slated to get the 2.7, pulley mod, fpr, and ov 2.7 tune on. But......there is more to come to my truck in the upcoming future. I’ll advise once it’s official.
