Need info on audible alarm when tailgate is open

    Hey 4runner world. My buddy of mine just bought a 2019 4runner and we fish alot using his truck and every time we back the boat down the ramp he leaves the tailgate up for better vision.but there’s a beeping sound that’s kinda annoying. Is there a way to permanently shut it off . His old 07 4runner never did that . Any info would be great thanks
