And if I have a bed cap, does it have to come off?

Like how long will it take you...How long did it take other people...what is the published R&R time and what are the inclusions?
Elaborate a little bit and you will get the answer you are looking for.

Bed cap has to come off as you need to remove the top trim. But I would say about 2 hours to remove them if you have someone helping.
    Are you going fiberglass sides?

Just a quick tip, cover the the back of the cab and front edge of the bed sides with tape to prevent damage if they hit each other while removing them.

Looks like the bumper has to come off. True?

And all of those 12mm bolts come out? I think 4 per side...

Im sure taking the bumper wings off would make it easier (the bumper end caps) When I take things apart, I remove every bolt thats attached to the part, sucks to get it 99% loose, then you find out you have a single bolt left and the part hanging off... might cause the parts to bend.

Definitely. I also hate when I take a fastener out of a part that I didn’t need to and that was also holding something else on that comes springing off, making reassembly a pain in the :annoyed:
