I can't tell for certain from the picture but I think your passenger side coil spring is upside down. That would definitely cause the passenger side to be taller.

Why do people go to dealerships to install off-road products. I feel bad for you OP. Nothing is more frustrating than having work done and it not being right. But let this be a lesson learned...

Take it back to the dealership. Make them take it off. And then go to reputable shop that specializes in lifts / off-roading.

Dealership mechanics 9/10 times aren’t the best. By any means.

100% believe the dealership will tell you one of these options

    -It’s perfectly normal
-It wasn’t our fault , it’s the products
-Any non OEM parts aren’t refundable for the work we did. (even though it was wrong)

Mine definitely was not low. I was getting 4 1/8" of lift on the passenger side and 3" on the drivers side. I ended up swapping coilovers from side to side with a 3/8" top plate spacer which got me within 1/4" of level. Since I already had a 1/2" top spacer I installed it and am now totally level or close enough (less than 1/16" difference). Assuming 20" is stock hub to fender, I'm now sitting at 3.5" of lift with 23.5" hub to fender.

@yeos They both have GS59-220 stamped on the shock body and do appear to be the same size...still haven't ruled out what you previously mentioned about the stack up missing a washer or something else in the assembly.

@J_Anthony_ So frustrating man. The Toyota dealer that installed this is pretty well known around Seattle for doing a good amount of suspension work but maybe I'm giving them too much credit. The tech did even mention to me it was only his first or second time installing a Dobinson's lift.

I was there for three hours on Friday after I noticed the lean and they had no answers except that they measured my frame and there was a 1mm difference in height off the ground from one side of the truck to the other - could be causing the 1&1/4" lean . They didn't want to spend the time to take the front springs/coils apart and actually make sure the assembly is right. They took a bunch of pictures and sent them to Dobinson's which I've already done and told me they'd order me a 1/4" spacer for the driver's side.

I mentioned they should swap the two sides & see what happens. If they did that and the lean switches to the passenger side, there's obviously something up with that coil/shock assembly - right? They said it wouldn't make a difference if they swapped the assembly, the lean would still be there.:annoyed:

From your pictures it looks like the passenger side spring is upside down. This is what the top is supposed to look like:

This is the bottom of the spring and what your passenger side picture looks like to me:

Hmmmmm, not what I was expecting to see. They look correct on the bottom. My Dobinsons 3" springs are milled flat on the top like the OEM Toyota coils so I was expecting to see that on yours as well.
