There is a rattle like sound coming from when I’m at a stand still and give it gas. Anybody have any ideas on where I should start. 2007 Toyota Tacoma 4wd

You say it does it at a stand still? Like when its in park? Get under there and take a look/ listen man! My bet is it's one or more of your cats, but you haven't given me a whole lot to work with.

    Agreed, not much info.

I'm going to say heat shields, either the catalytic, or the one further back on the right side.

Manual or automatic? There was a service advisory for a squeaky throw out bearing where Toyota replaced the whole clutch, fly wheel and bellhousing on my 06. May have been an issue with the 07 as well.

How is the CB making noise if the truck is stationary (drive shaft not spinning)?

the carrier bearing issues have been coming out of the woodwork lately eh buddy

Carrier bearings do not rattle they cause vibration and clunk sounds. my bet is heat shield rattle under the driver seat. Put it in drive, e brake on, chalk the wheels and lat under there.

Yeah it’s not when I’m sitting still it’s when I leave and give it gas the the driveshaft spins causing the hanger bearing to spin and creating a rattle sound. The rubber wore out in it. 60 dollar part easy fix
