    Hi Andre's.
Just curious what's involved to mount the Devil Horns on a 2020 with TSS? Would using any other grill than the OEM grill found on the OR make it easier or work better with the TSS?

    Thanks,
    Rob

Play it safe, don't put one of these emblems on top of your sensor and expect it to work 100%
I made the 2018+ Tacoma with TSS emblems so that it can't be installed with the sensor behind it meaning if you want an emblem in place you're going to have to remove the sensor.
Some people don't like the sensor, two people have stated that the brakes applied abruptly and they nearly got into an accident because of it and they removed the sensor.

Emblems are ready to go, look for the 2018+ Tacoma with REMOVED TSS in my website but you're going to have to remove and disable the sensor. I made it so that it wouldn't be installed with the sensor in place.

Isn't the TSS sensor at the bottom of the grill? I'm confused. If the emblem is in the middle of the grill and the sensor is at the bottom how it will interfere?

The sensor is behind the emblem unless you have a grille with the TACOMA letters, those have the sensor at the bottom of the letters.

I'm not aware of any other grilles that have the sensor in other places unless Toyota came out with new and different ones.

Yeah bud not thrilled about the sensor placement and certainly I won't make something that can cause the sensor to malfunction. Either keep the emblem factory or remove the sensor and install one of my emblems.

Yea, I will have to look at alternatives because I definitely want the TSS. @HomerTaco new 3rd gen grill has the opening for the text but can be ordered without the text. If that's the case, I can replace the text with the emblem.

Are you taking orders for devil horns emblem still? I saw on your site you only do them in batches twice a year.

I am not anodizing/powder coating them at the moment, only natural aluminum emblems are available.
I'm also on vacation and will continuw production once I'm back.

Likewise sentiments. I hope you’re doing alright. I’d love to purchase one of your emblems for my Tacoma.
