I considered our last run at it a success and sufficient redemption for the blown diff.

Transfer case is done, besides probably not being able to make it up anything, not going to risk blowing it up and being stuck out there. I’m pretty much Subaru on 35s with 4lo status. Next spring I’ll be up for a trip out there, been way too long.

Agreed, but still want to finish it. Both of my mechanical fiascos could have been way worse resulting in much shittier days and or carnage, so I’ll take that.

We should set something up for Spring. As you know, I can’t make RT this year because Karen is making me go to dumb Italy that week

Oh, I know. I gotta go when my old NJ wheeling buddy @Sub-Zero is available though.

Ryan, no welding on your truck for at LEAST two weeks before the trip...

I'll be out of town. Flight gets back to Denver around 5:30pm on the 6th. Unless you want to do a late run of it lol

Well, the consensus is I will do some sort of wheeling/Color hunting on Monday. Trying for Red Cone but not 100% yet

Well they moved my Monday class to the 13th so I'm free if you still wanted to run red cone.

Late notice I know. But my Sunday freed up and the Broncos are "livin' in a world of suck" according to Emmanuel.
This is one of the first trails I tried after installing bumpers and sliders but still had 31's and a stock suspension.
I missed the left turn towards SOB Hill, which was probably a blessing, and continued straight on 258.1 for awhile before turning around and heading down trail 355.
This time I will turn left here:
    SobHillNumber10.jpg

    When:
    Sunday October 6, 8:30 am

    Where:
    Jefferson, CO

    Meeting Point:
Intersection of Hwys 285 and 35

    Comms:
HAM: A ham sandwich walks into a bar.
Bartender says "We don't serve food here."

    CB: Channel 5

    Helpful Links/Comments:
    West on 285 to Jefferson.
    North on 35.
North on 54 to Georgia Pass
    East on Trail 258.1
East and North down SOB Hill (Number 10)
West on Middle Fork of Swain River
West to Tiger Road towards Breckenridge.
