Idk, but I took a poll of the few that I know in here and we were 3 for staying and 0 for doing what was right and leave.

 

Hope we don't hear from a year from now bitching about selling his truck due to a divorce, and driving a 82 Honda Accord while making alimony, and child support payments.

 

She somehow pulled the hood over his head, convinced him that this is all his fault and that he is the one who should take responsibility for what she is doing. He in turn responded by telling her that he is sorry and that he will never, never, ever challenge nor confront her again.

 

I'd drive an '82 Accord in a heartbeat.

 

Maybe he killed her, blended her up, mixed her in Line X and sprayed her on his truck. He is @kerfufer or whatver his name was.

This is a very troubling situation for the OP.

Give him some time to process what's going on in his life and the direction he needs to take from here, because regardless of what the outcome of the talk was, directions are definitely going to change.

He'll talk about it when he's ready.

Not going into to many details, but let's just say everything has been worked out. No, I'm not dropping everything and running back to California lol Even if it was that easy, I still believe I made the right choice.

Sorry for keeping the suspense real on this thread over the weekend. I just want to thank everyone for their input and advice. It gave me a whole new perspective on many things and I appreciate everyone for sharing their personal experiences.

Good luck! Everything happens for a reason and exactly the way it is supposed to. Sometimes you don’t know the reason until later in life. This could be a lesson you need to learn for down the road, who knows, but in time, you will.
