Blinker/ Hazard not working

    1996 toyota tacoma 2wd
    Looking to find out my next move. 1996 Tacoma 2wd and the blinkers/hazards are not working. I Changed the blinker relay plug and checked the fuses which are good and neither have solved the problem. Wondering if you fine folk can help me with my next step.
