I am changing the AC tensioner pulley.
Just go one from Oriellys. I took the old one off was definitely bad threw bearings. I put the new one on and it wont spin. Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Two things:

    1. Make sure you got it on the correct direction. Depending on the pulley, the metal washer can press against the pulley rather than bearing, causing it to not spin.

    2. Make sure the center bolt and tensioner are torqued to spec. Not too tight!

I took metal washer off spins fine now. But compressor doesn't seem to be cycling on. I think it's the electrical connector. The mechanic who took it out broke it and then disappeared. I put new compressor In sonic think wire is loose. Any idea where to get the right connector?

Take some pictures of what your talking about please .

Figure out just what is going on.

If you swapped compressors you did vacuum, check for leaks and charge the system??
