Married one time, to my 3rd love. Been married for 34 years and gets better every year. Don't get too attached to your "first love". There's so much more out there and she sounds like she can't make up her mind.....Move on.

Nah, I'm 23 by the way. :) I was in the Marine Corps from 17 years old until till this past January. (July 2005-Jan. 2010). So you know with all that moving around I never really wanted to start anything with anybody.

I don't know about anyone else but to me that changes my view of the situation. First, thank you for your service and glad to see you made it back safe!! Second, I think you should have a single conversation and see whether you can really make it work. Not a far fetched, well if I travel every weekend, etc, I'm talking an honest-to-god can this this work conversation. Really listen to her also, if there are a lot of maybes or i don't knows, then it's not meant to be right now. If you can handle just being friends, then remain friends, if it's not a good idea to remain friends then you need to admit it to yourself and cut ties for a while. I did this with an ex of mine, didn't talk for almost 2 years and now we're very good friends and both happily dating other people.

Good luck to you, sounds like you have some tough decisions ahead of you.
