    too much to type
Sounds like the pad material is harder than oem causing the issue. I always preferred oem parts.

I put powerstop drilled and slotted rotors with z36 truck/towing pads and they are much better than stock on my 2009 TRD off road and I tow a boat a lot. The z23 ceramic pads are less dust and when cold do not stop as fast but when hot have less fade. That initial burn in is critical so hope you did not glaze over the rotors in the 100 miles but doubt it. Have them bleed them again fronts and rears before you change anything. Mine have been on for 30k miles and still good - but seems the brakes on our models were never the powerful touchy type even at their best. In any quick situation they do well but when towing a 3500 boat with no trailer brakes I have to tromp on them and they do OK but not like driving a new truck. Very rare for me to get the ABS to fire off.

Personally, I like to run Porterfield pads, but they're more on the pricier side. Look into Hawk pads, they have different levels of aggressiveness so choose which ones that suits your needs best.

    Hmm . . . none as yet, that's why i'm here . . .
I'd go semi metallic pad. Napa actually produce a good quality pad just DON'T get the cheapest.
