Hey guys, I operate a small personal training gig in Tucson. I train Wounded Warriors for free. It's my way of giving back. I was injured in Afghanistan and I've learned a ton about adaptive fitness since then. I train people how to exercise regardless of what injuries they are working through. I've been very successful with the people I've worked with. I have a few personal training certs and I'm working towards a Physical Therapy degree. I do train non-veteran disabled folks as well and I have a few weekly group classes. I've trained people with a wide variety of injuries (amputations, spinal cord injuries, permanent back/pelvis injuries, severe TBIs, permanent nerve damage, etc). I have a fully outfitted home gym (all Rouge Fitness stuff).

I'm not making a profit on this stuff. I only do it to help others. If you know someone that would be interested in checking my program out please send them my way. I have pics of my gym, pics/vids of my clients training, and pics/vids of me training at my gym on IG/FB. I'm on both as Caleb Brewer.

True statement right there. It's my self-prescribed therapy.
