Got the new harness in the mail along with another set of the igniters. These are different tho from the previous and one was covered in what looked like sand/ dirt.. I’m assuming they’re used or an old version that someone returned. Going to try out all the igniters I’ve received when installing the new kit. Praying this works this time.

Good luck bro, I went off on them and now they are sending me hylux ballasts and harnesses to try out. Please update with what you find.
What I personally think is that the wires running through these harnesses are incorrectly sized; when I was cutting off ends to splice with my new connector I found that the harness wiring internally was super sparse compared to other OE harness/connector wires. So my thought is that there isn’t enough juice running through them to power them on correctly. If I keep turning the headlights on and off with the engine running; they eventually both come on, but that’s just stupid..

Calling tomorrow to just have them refund my money and I’ll get some high color temp LEDs.

DDM tuning is the best and cheapest. Everyone talks shit about them (yes its from China) but I had them on my frontier for 2 years and took them out to reuse same ballast and just bought new bulbs to fit my Tacoma. Now the ballasts have been working for around 4 years.

Ended up with the Morimoto 5700k LEDs and they’re in and looking great. Hassle free and peace of mind.

Nice, i bought LED's bulbs for my headlights but they wouldn't fit with the big ass fans on the back of them.

You should check out the Morimoto 2stroke 2.0 LEDs! They were super simple and fit great.
Litlle pricey at $120 but definitely worth it.

Yeah that's pretty pricey, but they must last long...ill def check em out, the days of HID headlights were a 2010 trend that's fading quickly. Thanks OP.
