There's a metric shit-ton more traffic on Manchaca with the I-35 bridge project screwing everything up from Slaughter to 71. As soon as the Stassney bridge is rebuilt and they finish all the new access roads and highway lanes, a lot of that traffic will go back onto I-35 because it will be 5 lanes instead of 3, with 4 extra access road lanes and double-lane on/off ramps. Seriously legit, and only 20 years late.

Can’t anymore - my son is working there now in desktop support (2300+ users) and has to be in the office. He can’t drive. Plus, I’m a managing supervisor now and need to be “available” for my people.

It's crazy, I've got two days every day. But it can get long and tiring.

Next year I'm going to try and get there at 5 instead of four.
