I am looking for suggestions on good leaf springs I can put on my 2011 4x4. I am looking to upgrade not get the recall replacement. Every thread I find comes back to the “recall”. Just looking for good brands for best price.

Good question, I have oversized tires, and I like going off-road and camping, so handling the weight is good but honestly I do a lot of highway driving in San Antonio, TX. The roads aren’t the best. I don’t haul a lot, just on occasion but I do use the truck to move heavy stuff once in a while.

I just installed Dakar medium duty rear leaf springs from Head Strong Off Road. The springs that were on replaced under recall broke right at the bushing.I put on bilstein extended length shocks and extended brake lines. The ride is excellent.I had previously installed bilstein adjustable shocks in the front .They are set at 1.75.There is about a 2" rake.

I would check out General Spring. They make a 2+1 replacement and a 3+1 HD pack that is comparable to the TSB but with a little more height, maybe 2".
