Recently purchased new headlights from Tacomabeast.com for my 2009 Sport and would highly recommend their website for some sweet headlights headlights, (use code EXCLUSIVE for 100$ off headlights).

But after installing them my.truck just looks weird with the factory style fog lights. So after looking around I found these bulbs that allow you to switch between white yellow and strobe affect, https://deautokey.com/product/dual-...n-a-clean-white-hyper-3000k-yellow-at-anytime now these are only led bulbs, so would I be able to get new fog light housing with projector lens? Like these; https://www.carid.com/morimoto/proj...-lf360-s.html?singleid=1209888248&url=1714694
If this possible what kind of led bulb does the tacoma take or would I need to go off what the projector lens takes? Which is a H11 male output.
Don't know much about lights so any help is appreciated, Thank you

Personally, I’d choose the Morimoto XB fogs. They’re really good quality and provide great output

Edit: I just saw you posted a link to the morimotos:rofl:

The XB’s have their own LED that is not interchangeable. If you want amber, buy some amber Lamin-X film to go over the fogs

Ok so I can't do that, would I need to get a halogen or could I get Spyders led fog lights and replace the leds?

Don't fall for those poor gimmicky hack products. They don't work and are some of the worst kind of LED lights on the market. You cannot have multiple LEDs in a single assembly like that and get the correct optics, the beam pattern and performance ends up being terrible.

For real LED fogs, check out this thread that has them all:
    https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/the-led-sae-j583-fog-pod-fog-light-review.554813/

For a budget buy I'd check out the Toyota LED fogs (brighter and cheaper than Morimoto). For best overall performance check out Rigid Selective Yellow. And for best performing white direct replacement the KC G4.

Edit: Originally linked the wrong thread. Fixed.

Thank you, won't be getting those just liked the idea of being able to have strobes, would you recommend the pods, or the Morimoto direct replacement?

If you wanted a strobe that would be one thing, but they won't perform correctly as a fog light.

These Toyota LED fogs are higher performing and cheaper than Morimoto, and they are OEM. But I just saw you have an 09, so the Toyota fogs will not fit, leaving you with Morimotos or the Rigids (or numerous other fogs covered in that thread). It really comes down to budget IMO. The Rigids are far higher performing, significantly brighter with larger pattern area and in the case of Rigid Selective Yellow a much more usable color temperature for poor weather, but they also cost a lot more. The Rigids also require special mounts, though they are not very expensive for the 05-11 trucks. Even if on a budget, if you used the black out OffRoadTown LED fog pod with a pod mount, you'd come in near similar pricing to the Morimotos with a far higher output product, though the beam coverage does not match the area of Rigid.

https://www.rigidindustries.com/d-series-sae-fog-light-2-504813.html# Would these rigid's come with the mounting or would I still have to buy it separately? if so I might go with the OffRoadTown fog pod with pod mount
Edit: I plan on getting the best type of pods mounted on my hood so my fog light pods do not need to be the best.

Think I'm going to go with the OffRoadTown Pods with the mounts

Much higher output option than Morimoto.
