Not talking about supply/demand, I believe we’re talking about two different things. I believe you’re talking about student athletes being able to sell their likeness and have endorsements. I’m talking about the kid that worked his ass off in school and gave so much up to pursue a dream (which may not even be his/her own) being on less of a scholarship that some of these kids who are simply the results of two tall people fucking and never even touched a football until their senior year in high school.
Heaven forbid someone who chose to pursue a career in entertainment have to get an education along the way. Why do you think these sports stars make so much money, now that you want to question a guy that actually has an Econ degree? You guys and your 401k for those that don’t make it, give me a break- are we going to do that for the traveling bands that don’t make it, there’s music departments that would love your generosity. It’s not supply/demand, it’s risk/reward.

I’m not sure you understand how this thing is supposedly going to work.

You’re absolutely right, I didn’t even know there is going to actually be a thing. I’ve been outside CONUS for so dang long, I’m disconnected

I'm in Knoxville a lot unfortunately with my in-laws living up there but always have a good time. My wife wants to move up there but I just hate the color orange too much... It was great weather that weekend. We had the TV outside by the fire and plenty of cold beverages. We can hear the stadium when anyone scores which sucks because the TV is delayed lol.

I am definitely looking forward to the UGA/FL game this year. If I were not in the process of selling my house and buying a new one I would make the trip to watch the game. We planned on going to the Auburn game this year instead.

Where are your in-laws? We experience the same thing at our house. TV is delayed about five seconds delayed vs the fireworks lol

    default picker now at 140-45

This does also include it having Tennessee as a favorite over Georgia for some reason...
