Reviews are subjective and I'm not dissing anyone for not going with this mod. If you think about what the pad was originally designed for and the constant pressure exerted along one edge you can understand how it may fail. If you look at the application we are using it for I don't see failure as a problem. Could I be wrong about that? Absolutely, time will tell! That said nothing lasts forever and how it is used will determine how long it will last. So far I'm satisfied with mine and for the money it's one of the most inexpensive mods you can do. $6 per application, what can you do to a Tacoma for six beans? In the end it's all in what you choose to do, no mod is right for everyone.

If the OP is watching please send me a PM.

My reply was in jest. Pot stirring.

I bought 3. One for a mouse pad. Works great!

Not today but over this past weekend I swapped out the oem tweeters for the Subaru Kickers. Fronts are next, don't have any rear speakers, utility truck.

There's something about the seat positioning that's not right. I had a 1999 Taco that was by far the most uncomfortable vehicle I've ever owned. Long trips were fatiguing and made me not want to drive it. I think it was becsause the front of the seat was way too low. I eventually got rid of it because of that. the 2019 is much better but still doesn't feel quite right. No other Toyota I've ever owned had this problem. My next mode will be to raise the front of the seat.
