    over here in Contra Costa and Solano county and received the texts about possible shut off. Haven't heard about anything being for sure though. Tried to go on the PG&E website and it says it is down for me.

    We have MCE solar power here in Benicia for half our power and PGE supply's the rest. I haven't seen a rolling black out in the 10 years I've been here.
