The fun part is I still have zero clue where I tweaked the drive shaft that caused it to explode on that trail. I took easy to moderate lines, frame nor sliders never hit but I do drive the trail limo and the driveshaft is extremely vulnerable. Either way it is at Bill's drive shaft shop getting armored up for future trails.
Huge thanks to @YamaDirtrider for turning around and finding me a replacement tank at a salvage yard before coming to Moab.
Another huge thanks to @markus30 and @CGoss for their ingenuity on patching a gas tank and getting me back to camp. (that trick I will never forget)
Then more thanks to @CGoss for towing me out of TOTW safely.
And also thanks to @Littles for keeping me calm on the trail when it broke by drinking some beers and laughing at my debacle with me.

It was good to meet some new faces. Glad to see everyone made it home safe. I’m bummed I didn’t get to hit any trails with y’all. I did get to hit PSM and went up onion creek and took the long way out. I spent most of the weekend strapped in a sxs cause I broke my scooter on the first ride.

So how well could a 2wd get around this area? I feel like the rocks would be easier on a 2wd than mud but I have no idea what I’m talking about. Found this website after I bought my truck and quickly learned I should have bought a 4wd
