I am posting this up for one of my Captains since he cant find a straight answer from anyone so I thought I would help him to see if anyone in the TW World could help. Please let me know if you guys have any ideas. Thanks in advance!!

"I recently acquired an old tire machine. The only markings on it read as follows "Balloon Tire Mould Company, Los Angeles California" I have had a couple of people show interest in it, but I wouldnt know what it is worth, or really any information on it. Take a look at the picture and if you know anything about it please reply."

All I was able to find is that they were incorporated in 1946 and are now inactive as a corporation. I no longer have access to Dun & Bradstreet reports here at work, but if someone has access that would be a good place to start.

Have your Captain run over to the Pawn Stars shop...I'm sure Rick knows a guy that can help!

I was doing a search for this tool out of curiosity. There is one at the HD museum in Milwaukee. It is in the caged area on the 3rd floor. If anyone is still interested, they might have some info.
