I’ll have to admit my buddy scored.. his car was totaled and his parent gave him their 4 runner. It’s a 96 with 115k on the clock. He’s pretty stoked.

I've got a client who has a 94 (I think), 2 door red 4runner. About the same amount of miles, and he's kept it show-room-floor clean over all these years. I told him if he ever sells Call me first but I doubt that will happen. He just bought a 2019 Taco so he can put less miles on the 4runner and make it last forever. Looks like this-

I would be so torn between modding the shit out of it or keeping it stock/clean.

Just keep your 19 in good shape and you will make plenty of people jealous in 22 years- at least that is roughly my plan with my truck...lol

That really is the best looking SUV body style ever, IMO.

I've always wanted one of these. I look at them all of the time to buy one but can't justify modding two trucks at the same time.

First off that’s an amazing truck with that mileage! Second.....just picked this bad boy up last night, original owner, huge file of work history and service records, 177k miles paid $3500!!

That looks like my 2000 T4R. And yes they are great, mine was a daily driver for 17 years, but just needed too much work in the end. They aren't like the cars from the 60s, they have a lot of parts, and they reach a point where they just get too expensive to keep running.
Also, after 17 years I was ready for something new. I love my Taco!
