I have checked everything on the front end with this werid popping and clicking noise on my taco! I have new OEM pads and rotors! The ball joints are all good and cv as well. My last option is that it's the stabilizer links. No popping when turning only when I go over a bunch of bumps. Then it goes away for awhile and then comes back! I already bout new stabilizer links! I just would hate if thats not the issue! Thanks in advance.

Could be lots of things. CABs could be worn and clicking over bumps, stabilizer links (easy to disconnect those), tie rods, springs, skid plate is loose, etc etc. The best rule of thumb as a DIYer though: start with the last thing you touched before the symptom showed up/changed. The brake pads like to clink around some if not enough grease was put on the pins or the pads. Apply the brakes over the bumps will help determine if that's the cause or not.

If that doesn't end up being it, Youtube suspension noise tests (from guys like EricTheCarGuy, etc) as they do a good job of walking you through how to check everything. Then go out and check it ALL. Don't guess, don't do some if it...check all rubber bushings, all suspension components.

I'm aware you said you checked everything already....but then you said it "last option is the stabilizer links", which presumably means you're frustrated and guessing...which most of us understand from experience, but it's still ill-advised to do that. Check everything, replace the worst offenders and retest. If nothing rears it's ugly head as a problem, then come back with full information and maybe TW can help.
