Anyone working with this combination? If so I have some questions...

    1. Does the cable charge the phone?
    2. Do you get playback through the stock HU from the Pandora app?
    3. What happens when you get a call?
    4. What happens if you want to make a call?

i have the older 16g 3gs and i have that cable. it has a usb and aux wire on it.

    1. if you have a way to charge thru the usb cable, then yes, it will charge
    2. my stereo use to play back thru the usb port, now i can only play it thru the aux port
    3. unless you have a bluetooth stereo, you will still have to pick up the phone and talk
    4. pick up the phone

I'm thinking that since the iPhone does everything a fancy HU does that I would need (nav, specifically) I'm not sure i want to go to the trouble of installing the Pioneer HU.
