I have a 07 trd sport with 203 k and don't have any service records
Should I chance doing a trans flush at this point or just let it go
Since the trans is a sealed system I don't know what condition it is in , also no current problems with it

I would go ahead and change it, you never know how many times the fluid was overheated. You can either use Toyota WS fluid or Valvoline Maxlife. There are threads here to do a pan drain (4qts) or a full flush (~14qts)

    Chance what?

Transmission flushes do not cause transmission problems. That is a misconception.

Yoi should absolutely do a flush. Sealed system or not the oil still breaks down.

I'd do a pan drop, filter clean and full flush. I used valvoline maxlife fluid. Did mine at 130k with good results. Good luck.

Probably still looking how to fill and check the level of trans fluid

100% agree. That's an old wives tale.
If your trans fails after a flush, it was about to anyway.
