Hello!Have not been on here in a while.Hope everyone is all good...I needed some advice on my tweeters...After closing the door multiple times a day,After about 2 weeks the tweeters start backing out of the tweeter cups..Is there a way i can make the stay and be able to service them if i need to take one out of the tweeter cup..The grills on the tweeters are magnetized so i don't want to interfere with that...Thank you!!

I don’t understand “service them”. Super glue in and call it a day. Shouldn’t need to ever take out unless you are replacing them.

I replaced my tweeters in dash with drop in Subaru kickers and am happy with that and I’m a drummer that loves music. Morel is expensive and you shouldn’t have to have that happen when you spend good money on speakers so that’s shitty on their part. Call the company and let them know about it also.

You can use hot glue to hold something in place temporarily, then add in a better adhesive that takes a little longer to cure/dry.

I've been using E6000 "industrial strength adhesive" lately and it has worked well. Only down side is it needs at least a few hours to partially cure. The directions says 48 to 72hrs to fully cure.

Or you can use some good old clear silicone.

This is what I use. Silicone holds well and rubs right off when you want to make a change. Outdoor silicone is resiliant to extremes in temperature as well. I usually just use a few dabs around the perimeter on the back side.
