Glad I joined this awesome cyber garage and Tacoma lovin' group of people. Been driving pickup trucks most of my life. Last 3 have been the awesome Tacoma. Rather hear what the real world knows and experienced as opposed to most reviews. Need your advice on a simple question. May have been answered somewhere in past forums(can't find exactly). Went to a taller tire 'cause it looks better and more tire selection. I changed tires from 265/65/17 to 265/70/17. I now get rub on front tires occasionally on rough dirt roads. Was thinking of doing simple suspension spacer/lift, 1". Any recommendations? Will I need a lift for rear as well?

    Welcome to TacomaWorld!

First thing you need to do is find out where your tires are rubbing. Most likely will be the mud flaps or the smaller flaps in front of the tires. Once you find where you’re rubbing, you can trim or remove what you need to

Thanks for the quick reply. They rub in the front/bottom of wheel well. Usually when going thru a steep dip in road.

Can you take a picture that shows where they are rubbing?

I believe this is where they rub. Not 100% sure. Will need to find the dip and sit in it. LOL! Fortunately I know where it is.
