Well, one unrelated reckless driving ticket later...

Sooooo...i was heading home after my near death experience and some db in an expedition pulled out in front of me and brake checked me.i pass him in the left lane. Next thing i know, hes up my ass. So i'm like "lets put joes shit to the test" and grab those gx brakes as hard as humanly possible. And....bam....cop....reckless ticket.

Yeah he was right behind the expedition and heard those 35s lock up hoonigan style. He asked if i got their tag and told me it wasn't worth it while writing me a rd ticket.

 

You know this is the second time this year where I've played around with stupid and got a swift kick to the nuts. I accept full responsibility for the outcome

Nick, if you have the time and will, go to court. Lawyer if you can swing it. Reckless stays for 11 years. Judge may knock it down to something silly.

 

You make a valid point

A good lawyer will hold court in the halls and have it dropped to something small and he won't have to go to court.

 

Unless it’s changed, you HAVE to go to court for a reckless. I did at least.
