whats the widest tire possible on 17" OEM sport rim

Looking for a wider look on my 17 TRD Sport without the use of spacers and using the stock 17"rims. Getting the tires flush with the fenders is my goal here. Any help and pics if you have done it would be great. Cheers Al

 

Just to give you a general answer to your question.

Your wheels are 17 / 7.5 (7.5" wide). Most tire tec's will tell you that you can safely mount a tire that is one size bigger than the wheel width (in this case - a tire specified for an 8" wide wheel) without having to worry about loosing a bead. You will need to do more research to see what tire will fit without rubbing.
