Before I washed the grease off of it. The grey worked out well with my silver 06.

Looking for info on how to remove the foot rest on my 2014 Tacoma 4x4 Sport. I have done multiple searches
and not finding what I need. I am sure there are threads that show how to do it. I'll take my thrashing now
and admit I could not find it.

In the process of installing the Gentex homelink mirror. Grill removed last night and sensor installed. Next step is the punch through the firewall. I intend to go through the side of the boot where the huge bundle of wires are.

Thanks for your help and any threads and or posts you can show a link to.

    washed, waxed, and detailed.

I do not usually shine the tires, but I went all in. LoL

Also changed the oil, rotated the ridge grapplers (first 5k rotate) greased the drive shaft and topped off the washer fluid.

Scored some OME Dakar HD for a great price! Really help out the rear end with all the weight in the back. Cleaned them up and painted them and as good as new.

IIRC it's basically pressed onto 3 threaded studs on the kickpanel/floor. Maybe get a claw hammer behind it and give it a tug if you can't get your fingers behind it

I think a claw hammer is overkill, but just take a large flat screwdriver, get under the plastic and just pop it off.
It is well attached by the 3 stud like things, it will take some force, but there is no mechanical fasteners

I only said hammer because of the curve for leverage/angle. Not everyone has plastic interior tools or pry tools.
